We had the chance to try both the Toliet Bombs and Scrubbing Paste, and I will have to say I was not disappointed.

First, let me start with the Toliet Bombs; we have an issue with our water that our toilet will build up a film inside the bowl. Along with the colored film, we have other bacteria that build-up due to the water. Every other day we clean the toilet to make sure this does not happen. To test the Toliet Bombs I did not clean the toilet for five days, letting the bacteria and film build-up, as in the photo below. We had the chance to try both the Toliet Bombs and Scrubbing Paste, and I will have to say I was not disappointed.

I threw a Toliet Bomb in, let the Toliet Bomb fizz away, and gave the water a swish. Not much scrubbing was needed — the Toliet Bomb killed the film and bacterial build-up. Also, it has helped keep the film build-up away — not needing to clean every two days now.

Lastly, I tried the Scrubbing Paste on multiple surfaces in my house; the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, under the toilet lids, and the shower. I do an evening wipe-through of all the surfaces and a rinse of the sinks in the house. But, every week the house still needs a nice scrub down, especially our shower. Just like the toilet we have a film build-up in our shower, especially our shower head. On top of that — my seven-year-old is a big fan of painting, which causes my shower to turn nice colors. The scrubbing paste worked wonders on the film build-up, water stains, bath bomb residue, toothpaste left behind, and paint!

When cleaning the sinks I added scrubbing paste to a Swedish dishcloth, and it cleaned up all the left behind residue. For the shower — I added the scrubbing paste to a biodegradable sponge to clean the surface and then an old toothbrush to clean crevices.

I will have to say that I was very impressed with both the Toliet Bombs and Scrubbing Paste. The surfaces/spaces were left clean and had a natural smell. Also, the price tag is much more reasonable than a green cleaning subscription service or ordering offline.

I’d recommend purchasing an item or two from Greener Clean Designs. Make sure to give Greener Clean Designs a like on social media to stay up to date with sales and new products.
