Broccoli, Cheddar and Bacon, some of my favorite foods!

Why not combine them together in the slow cooker to make a delicious soup? Enjoyable on a winter or rainy day.

  1. Using your knife and cutting board, cut the head of broccoli into small pieces
  2. Set off to the side
  3. Using a clean knife and cutting board, cut the bacon into small squares
  4. Set off to the side
  5. In the slow cooker combine: stock, milk, minced garlic, flour, salt, and pepper
  6. Mix with a whisk until the flour has dissolved
  7. Now mix in your chopped broccoli & bacon into the mixture
  8. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours

I like to serve with handful of shredded cheese on top with a side of Mason Dixie Cheddar Biscuit Co.
