Seriously no one ever told me it was so easy to make shredded chicken in a crockpot.  Being a working mom, it is seriously a struggle to find healthy meals that are quick.  We end up eating mac and cheese with earths best chicken nuggets like every night.

But with the crock pot life has been getting better, especially with recipes I can leave on all day!

With this new discovery I have learned you can just then add sauces to the shredded chicken afterwards!  Or just make tacos or other meals.

This morning before we left the house (6:50am), I put a chicken breast in the crockpot, on low with a pinch of salt and pepper & 2 cups of water.  Then when I got home (6:10pm) I took the lid off and it was perfect, I used a fork and a butter knife and tore it up.

Then I made some orange sauce, poured it over, placed it in the oven for about 15 minutes on 350.  Seriously yummy!!
