I dislike the horrible hosting company Host My Site!!
Why?! To be if a client stays on your hosting company, but decides to move from a Windows to a Linux server they should:
- Move the files over for the client
- Allow the option to have the files moved over if wanted
No you should not charge to have the Linux server be suspended, charge to have the windows activated just to get files & then have to pay to have Linux activated. I could understand if someone didn’t pay & you didn’t give them their files & they had to pay!! But come on!!
