Looking for a new topping for your Tuesday tacos or to dip those lime tortilla chips?
I’m not a fan of guacamole… Yea I know, but I REALLY DISLIKE onions, especially red onions.
However, I really like avocados! I wanted something to add to my tacos, dip my chips in, and just snack on.
So when I was making my recipe Sausage Waffle w/ Broccoli Avocado Slaw I came up with my Avocado Garlic Fluff recipe.
Tools
Ingredients
- 4 Small or 2 Large Avocados
 - 1/3 Cup of Almond Milk
 - 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
 - 1 Large Lime
 - 1 Teaspoon Ground Peppercorn
 - 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Directions
- Slice the avocados with the avocado slicer and place contents into the food processor
 - Add almond milk, minced garlic, ground peppercorn & kosher salt
 - Cut the lime in half with the kitchen knife on your cutting board
- Please note I am not responsible if you cut yourself

 - Place half the lime in the citrus press & squeeze over top the food processor
 - Repeat the process with the other half of the lime
 - Place the lid on the food processor & blend for five minutes or until smooth
 - Turn off the food processor and serve

Tell me below, what will you be using the Avocado Garlic Fluff for?
