Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Noodles
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Flour
- 1/4 Cup of Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Cup of Morning Star Meat Crumbles
- 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
- 1 Head of Broccoli
Directions
- Using your knife and cutting board cut the broccoli into small chunks
- Place the vegetable steamer into the pot, add water and place broccoli chunks into the steamer, place lid and steam for 20 minutes
- In the other pot bring water to a boil, add pasta and cook for 10 minutes
- While pasta is cooking in a small mixing bowl combine: paprika, onion powder, and garlic salt, set to the side for later
- After 10 minutes drain the pasta using colander
- In the pot add almond milk, butter, shredded cheese, morning star meat crumbles, and the spice mix
- Place back on the stove, place on low, and add the noodles into the mix
- Mix the contents together with the rubber spatula
- Now take the steamed broccoli and add into the noodle contents
- Cover and let cook for 5 minutes
- Now serve with a dash of shredded cheese on top
