Don’t have cocoa or just want a single cup?
The days are getting colder, and a nice cup of hot cocoa is a great way to end the evening.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
- Dash of Turmeric
- Marshmallows
Tools
- Large Coffee Cup (Microwave Safe)
- Small Whisk
- Microwave
Directions
- In large cup mix almond milk, sweetened condensed coconut milk, cocoa powder, coconut sugar & turmeric
- Using your small whisk stir ingredients
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Stir for 20 seconds
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Add marshmallows, for best treat toast marshmallows with a culinary torch
