I’m not big on buying butter and everytime I buy brown sugar it is hard as rock!! So I made cookies with substitutions!
They turned out pretty freaking good!!
Ingredients
- 2.5 Cups of Unbleached Flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 3/4 Cup unrefined coconut oil
- 3/4 Cup raw sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Rice Syurp
- 1 Teaspoon pure vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups (Half a bag) of Chocolate Chips
- Coconut Oil Cooking Spray
We have a ninja, so I just throw all the ingredients in with the dough paddle and mix it all together.
Then spray the cookie sheet, roll the dough into ping ball size and then place on the tray about 1/2 an inch apart.
Bake on 325 for 20 minutes.
