Favorite foods; that one’s easy because I love to eat!
In absolutely no particular order, except for the last one because that’s my all-time favorite food!

Grilled Cheese
What isn’t there to love about grilled cheese? It’s fun to pull apart to see the cheese, fun to dip into soup, tomato obviously being number one. Also, you can add any cheese. Have you ever had goat cheese added to your grilled cheese? Perfect. Classic, but always delicious. My college roommate Brittany always made the best grilled cheese!

Dumplings
I absolutely love dumplings! Steamed dumplings are a staple in our house! They are so tasty! I also like making them. Top favorite is steamed pork dumplings. I’ll go with a fried one as well; not as good, but delicious.

Tacos
I like all kinds of tacos, authentic & American! The Herbivore tacos from Mad Mex & the beef tacos from La Palapa are my top two favorite tacos. I do love a good mahi-mahi taco as well, but can’t forget the Locos Tacos from Taco Bell! I know their beef isn’t all beef, but it’s the “beef” with the Taco Bell sauce! Which I also like making at home. #WhitePeopleTacoNight is one of my favorite nights!
*Tacos from McFarland’s . Try the fish! Only available on Tuesdays.*

Sashimi
If there is one food I could eat almost every single day it would be sashimi! It’s also my go-to dinner for my birthday because it’s so tasty! My two to eat first are octopus (tako) & tuna (maguro). We recently went to the Jade Grille, it was very tasty & I loved the presentation!

Pizza
I know — very cliche — but come on, who doesn’t love pizza? You can place just about anything on top of a pizza; except pineapple! Come on, I love pineapple, don’t get me wrong, but pineapple should not be cooked on tomato sauce with cheese! Too far. Do what you want, but I will judge you. Anyways, I love a good five-cheese pizza, meat pizza, white pizza, deep dish; you name it, I love a good pizza. We always have some form of pizza in our freezer; it’s a great snack, breakfast, dinner, lunch. Now I want a Hot Pocket!
An Italian
Always a safe bet; I love a good Italian meat hoagie with mayo added! From fancy versions at delis to Sheetz, you can’t go wrong with a delicious Italian! I love when they have the option of fresh mozzarella to add; really adds to it. If the option of green peppers or spinach is there, I love adding those as well. Not the biggest fan of the vinegar on there though. If it’s there I’ll deal, but I’d rather not.
Sloppy Joes
Childhood favorite! Manwich is not a sloppy joe; that is chemical garbage! I prefer the classic: ketchup, vinegar (lots to mask the ketchup), mustard, salt, pepper & minced garlic! That’s all you need over top meat. Growing up it was always with deer meat, which is superior to ground beef. I prefer it without a bun, to be honest, straight-up sloppy joe. I also like to eat it like an open-face sandwich, that soggy toast underneath. So good! Another way I like to eat sloppy joes is with green raw peppers cut into scoops to make nachos!

Cheese Sandwiches
If you’ve known me long enough you know that cheese sandwiches are one of my staples. Bread, mayo & sliced cheese. It’s that classic childhood sandwich you could make yourself. As an adult I still love cheese sandwiches, especially when you don’t feel like cooking or you don’t have anything in the house. There is always cheese, bread & mayo to make a cheese sandwich. When I was younger, the alternative to mayo was butter cheese sandwiches, which I still sometimes have. Just instead of that non-butter Blue Bonnet, I now use Kerrygold with a nice crank of sea salt! Really bougie it up.
Unagi Sushi
I love sushi; it’s so delicious. Most of all, my favorite sushi that I’ll eat over & over, possibly every day, is unagi, aka eel. Actually, I love eel poke bowls, eel salad, anything eel. It’s so tasty. The mysterious animal that just appears and no one knows anything about, except for that it’s so tasty!

POTATOES
#1 food of all time has to be potatoes! Like come on, who doesn’t love potatoes?! They are the most versatile food there is. French fries are my number one way to eat potatoes because fries are the best. Mashed potatoes; if there is one holiday food I could eat bowls of, it would definitely be potatoes! I love a good gnocchi, potato candy, potato vodka, scalloped; you name it, potatoes can make it happen.
Well, that’s my top 10 favorite foods! Let me know your thoughts, also what are your favorite foods?
