Fall is one of my absolute favorite times of year, which is why I love writing my annual Fall Bucket List post!

How can you not love fall? The leaves are changing, and it feels like there’s an activity or event every single day — hayrides, fall festivals, pumpkin beer tastings, pie tastings, apple cider donuts, rage pumpkins so many more events I can’t even list them all.

Not only are there endless events to attend, foods to taste & drinks to try, but there are also no mosquitos &  the sun isn’t trying to bake you like it did all summer! This past summer was definitely wild. I hope many of you are already making preparations for next year, because AC repair appointments will be in high demand come spring. Book early!

Anyway, enough yapping — what’s on my Fall Bucket List this year?

  1. Pick Pumpkins: carve, paint, smash, and make purée
  2. Spooky graveyard walk tradition
  3. Corn maze at night
  4. Boo our new neighborhood
  5. Make & assemble our Halloween costumes
  6. Attend Inclusive AestheticsSPOOK-TACULAR Halloween Party
  7. Make a Halloween movie bucket list
  8. Design & send Halloween cards
  9. Make pumpkin pie from scratch
  10. Play the hanging apple game
  11. Go on an actual hayride (not just one to pick up people!)
  12. Make a fun Halloween craft
  13. Attend the Dormont Street and Music Festival
  14. Create a spooky mocktail/cocktail recipe
  15. Design a fall coloring sheet
  16. Attend a Halloween party in costume
  17. Host an outdoor fall movie night with a projector
  18. Try a new fall craft

Are any of my Fall Bucket List items on your list too? I’d love your input — have an idea for what I should paint on my pumpkin this year, or a pumpkin pie recipe you absolutely love? Please share!

I can’t wait for the first official day of fall! I know it’s not until September 22 this year, but hey — I’m ready now! Even though I’m not a pumpkin coffee person, I am all about pumpkin ales and ciders. I’ve already hit up Arsenal Cider multiple times for their pumpkin cider — 10 out of 10 recommend! And I cannot wait for a Pumpking with a cinnamon sugar rim.

Cheers to a festive fall 🍂👻
