Who doesn’t love a good rebrand and a fresh logo? TSetzler Designs rebrand is coming & trust me — it’ll be better than the Cracker Barrel one, that’s for sure.
It’s been a while since I’ve written a blog post, shared my latest project, or even talked about a collab! But this fall, that’s all about to change.
The past two years have been full of ups & downs. As much as I wanted to write blog posts, continue collabs & keep my site updated, I just didn’t have the ambition or passion I once did. Writing posts, creating graphics & handling SEO started to feel more like a chore than something I loved.
Even though I wasn’t publishing, I was still jotting down post ideas in my journal, keeping a list of blog topics I want to write & brainstorming collaborations I’d love to do.
So, I had to ask myself — if I’m keeping all these ideas alive, why am I not following through?
To be honest, it’s because I really dislike my current website. I haven’t given it a true update in ages. The last major update was when I built a custom theme to move my blog from WordPress.com to my own site. Over the years, I’ve kept up with code changes & small fixes, but now the site feels like a shelf being held together with duct tape & super glue.
Which means — it’s time for an update!
A brand-new site is coming in the next few weeks & I couldn’t be more excited. I’ve been sketching, selecting a new color palette & outlining everything I want to add, remove & improve. The design will be cleaner, mobile-friendly & much easier to navigate.
The TSetzler Designs Rebrand will roll out in stages:
Stage 1: New logo & a basic website with a fresh homepage, updated blog layout & contact page.
Stage 2 : A new About page with an updated resume, cover letter & letterhead.
Stage 3 : My revamped portfolio, complete with updated work, new clients & a clearer explanation of how I can help your business with its next project.
As part of this TSetzler Designs Rebrand, I’ll also be merging my @TSetzlerDesigns Instagram with @YourMomEatsMayo. I don’t want to juggle two accounts anymore, especially since I rarely post my work on Instagram — when I do, it’s usually just a re-share from a client.
