I decided I want to take my own spin on ceviche.
One key ingredient I took out was those pesky nasty onions and I added Everything Bagel Seasoning.

Ingredients
- Cherry Tomatoes
 - 1 Large Cucumber
 - 1/2 Pound of Shrimp
 - 1 Avocado
 - 1 Lime
 - 2 Tablespoons of Everything Bagel Seasoning
 - 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Sea salt
 
Steps
- Safley with the kitchen knife and cutting board 
- Cut your cherry tomatoes into 1/4
 - Cut your cucumber into slices, and then into 1/4
 
 - Place these items in the large mixing bowl
 - Peel and cut your shrimp into 1/3 pieces
 - Using your avocado cutter cut your avocado in half, remove the pit, and dice it into cubes
 - Add the diced avocado into the large mixing bowl
 - Now on your cutting board, slice your lime in half, and while over the large mixing bowl place the lime in the citrus juicer and squeeze 
- Reminder to remove the sticker from the lime
 
 - Add your fresh sea salt and Everything Bagel Seasoning
 - Using your rubber spatula stir
 - Now serve
 
We’ve also made this recipe by adding radish slices. Instead of shrimp we’ve added octopus.
This is a simple no-cook meal to have in your recipe rotation. Especially with the busy sports and school days back.
