You’re in luck! I made this Easy Baked Stuffed French Toast and it was surprisingly pretty good!
Ingredients
- 2 Cans of Flakey Biscuts
 - 1/2 Stick of Unsalted Butter
 - 1 Pack of 8oz Cream Cheese
 - 3 Eggs
 - 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
 - Fruit Spread
- We used Strawberry
 
 
Tools
- 1 Glass 9″ x 13″ Baking Dish
 - Rolling Pin
 - Cooking Spray
 - Oven
 - Large Glass Measuring Cup
 - Microwave
 - Oven Mitt
 - 2 Espresso Spoons
 
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 425
 - Spray our glass baking dish with your cooking spray
 - Open the biscuts, sperate the bisscuts to have 16 biscuts
 - One biscut at a time you will flatten with your rolling pin
 - Take the first espresso spoon and place a dolop of fruit spread
 - Using your other espresso spoon add a dolop of cream cheese
 - Now fold your biscut like a dumpling and then place neatly in the baking dish

 - Repeat this process until your baking dish is full
 - Set the baking dish off to the side
 - In your glass measuring cup please butter and melt for 45 seconds
- Remove from the microwave with a oven mitt
 
 - Add your eggs to the melted butter and mix
 - Pour your egg and butter mixture over the contents in the glass baking dish; coat eavenly
 - Sprinkle brownsugar over top
 - Cook for 40 minutes, then place on broil for 5 minutes
- Remove from the oven with a oven mitt
 
 - Let this cool down, server with chocolate syrup or maple syrup
