Planning meals, not my strong suit.
I’m by far the worst at planning meals, and I have no clue how people do it! Like I have no clue from day to do what my stomach wants, and on top of that what if if a meeting runs over into prep time?
All of you know I’ve been obsessed with my Imperfect Foods subscription! I’m eating foods, I’m eating foods I’d never buy on my own I’d stick to the same foods over and over. Probably a beef recipe with sticky rice, chicken nuggets with mac & cheese, or any kind of pasta. Imperfect Foods gets me out of that rut.
If you’ve been following along on my personal Instagram or lucky enough to be a Snapchat friend, you’ll know how much I’ve been cooking a lot! I’ve been kicking up my cooking game while at home.
So if I had to plan a meal at home, in which I could cook what would that be?
Appetizer
Butter Lettuce topped with blue cheese crumbles & bacon.
Main Dish
Slow roasted pork belly with a side of Brussels sprouts & sticky rice.
Dessert
Dark chocolate mouse with lemon curd on top.
Drinks
Threadbare Cider with the appetizer & dessert. With the main dish, I would have Southern Tier 2X IPA.
