From meeting notes to daily run through, you need to write it down!
My life is always on the move; from work meetings, freelance calls, needing to remember to order snacks we ran out of to just needing to remember to text someone back. If I don’t write it down or set an Alexa reminder chances are I won’t do it.
I start every day with a cup of coffee and making lists in my journal of the items I need to accomplish that day. I add to those lists as the day goes on, and I strike things off. I even add post-it notes to some pages, if I ran out of space, or I wasn’t near my journal to write it down.
At the end of the day, I have another journal, that journal has a list of wins, losses & notes from the day. I like to go back and reference them; see how I was doing that day and where I can improve on myself
Journals keep my life in check, and I highly recommend you start writing things down in a journal. Below are a couple of nice options to get you started.
