Soaking in a bath can be a great way to relax, but they are also a great way for you to feel better.
Lavender Camomile Tea Bag Bath’s for me are such a lifesaver for two reasons; they help with relief for my migraines & help my chest feel better from my walking pneumonia cough. Remeber I said relief, I did not say cure.
I suffer from severe migraines, unable to function, move and a lot of times even get out of bed. I see a neurologist & take medications to help, but a lot of the times they slip through and it takes time for them to go away. Soaking in a lavender camomile tea bag bath, lavender candles & calming music helps. The smell of lavender has always helped relieve some of the migraine pain.
Along with migraines, every fall/winter I will get walking pneumonia. Coughing, coughing, and more coughing; especially at night! With the coughing at night causes sleepless nights and frustration. Taking a nice hot lavender camomile tea bag bath before I go to bed helps calm me down & for me, I feel like opens up my chest to help me breathe.
All I do for these baths are draw a hot bath, as hot as you can handle, and add 4-6 Traditional Medicinals Organic Chamomile with Lavender Tea Bags to a bath. Remove the string & tag, but make sure they are not opened. Leave the tea bags in as you soak, a lot of the times I’ll add them to my eyes or my knees.
This is a great way to relax, especially during the holiday season! Also, this is a great way to help crazy wild children calm down for bedtime.
