Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400, make sure the oven is empty
- Place the avocados on cutting board, cut in half with the knife
- Discard the seed
- Using the spoon scoop the inside of the avocado into the bowl, repeat for second avocado
- Add garlic salt, pepper, salt & Sriracha
- Mix with spoon, make sure the avocado is mashed and everything is thoroughly mixed
- Set the mixture aside
- Place the slices of bread on the cooking sheet; make sure they are next to each other and not on top of each other.
- Spray the bread with a light coating of cooking spray
- Flip the bread, spray this side with a light layer of cooking spray
- On four pieces of bread add cheese
- On the other four scoop a nice helping of the avocado mixture on top
- Using the rubber spatula spread the mixture evenly and all the bread is covered
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until desired bread crispness
- Remove from the oven with the ovenmitt
- Turn off the oven
- Using the cooking turner place the cheese piece of bread on top of the avocado side, remember cheese should touch avocado, the plain bread side out
- Using the coming turner place on dinner plate
- Now let cool and enjoy!
