One thing that aggravates me more than anything is when people do not answer their emails & especially Buisness.
If you are a buisness you should be answering emails, especially if you are a small company looking for more Buisness.
People do not have time to make phone calls & they can’t always stop into your Buisness. I have a 5 month old, I can’t have a phone attached to my ear. I can start writing a text or an email & if she starts screaming I can put it down & then resume the message later. Typing an email is much quicker, I can type the whole thing faster than dialing your number, waiting for you to answer & then waiting on hold until you can find my answer.
This is 2014, there is no reason for you to not answer your emails.
