Yep today I reached my record of waiting on hold for a company. Surprise it was with Yahoo & with a grand total of 3 hours and 16 minutes.

My favorite part was at exactly 2hours I was hung up on & then had to call back.

They care so much about their customers.

Maybe you should hire more people to answer phones, I’m pretty sure people in Portland need jobs!! & it’s not like you train people anyway, so hire some teenage kids!!
