What a way to end a night then with homemade mint chocolate cocoa and homemade chocolate chip cookies? I can’t think of a better way.

Tonight I experimented a bit with making cocoa at home, took a bunch of different recipes and made my own. Sorry no picture, because well it’s cocoa, it is brown use your imagination.

Mint Chocolate Hot Cocoa Recipe
2 1/2 Cup of Milk (I used coconut milk)
1 Cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels
2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder (I used Dark Chocolate)
2 Tablespoons Raw Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon Mint Extract

1. Put all items in a pot on high
2. Stir occasionally, make sure that the morsels are moving around
3. Once the morsels are completely melted and it’s starting to boil take off the burner
4. Pour in cup and enjoy, don’t forget the marshmallows
