Went to Starbucks to get a Venti Blonde Roast & cheese Danish.
They ended up not having blonde roast, but the had the delicious dark roast. Because they didn’t have any blonde roast they were nice & the lady said it was complementary since they didn’t have what we wanted.
I feel like that’s great customer service!! & yet another reason why I go there.
