The older I get the more I seriously love my crockpot. I come home from work and my dinner is all done! Tonight for dinner we had tofu stirfry in the crockpot and it was really good.

Ingredients/Equipment 

  • 1 Carton Tofu 
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 2 Heads of Broccoli
  • 2 Cups Carrots
  • 16 Fl Oz Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Salt
  • 1/2Tablespoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Soysauce
  • 1/4 Cup Sesame oil
  • Couple Dashes of Salt
  • Crockpot
  • 1 Large Bowl 
  • 1 Small Bowl
  • 1 Small Whisk
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Rubber Spatula 

Directions

  1. Cut all of your vegetables, to bite size and place into the large bowl
  2. Cut tofu into small cubes and place with vegetables
  3. Using either your hands or another way mix your vegetables and tofu together, evenly mixing together
  4. Place the tofu and vegetables to the side 
  5. In the small bowl mix spices and sesame seeds together
  6. Then whisk the Sesame oil and Soysauce with spices
  7. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and tofu, use the rubber spatula to scrap the bowl sides 
  8. Sit to the vegetable and tofu coated mixture to the  side
  9. Pour the vegetable stock in the crockpot
  10. Pour the vegtable and tofu mixture into the crockpot 
  11. Place the lid on the crockpot and place on low for 6-8 hours
  12. Scoop, serve & enjoy
