I’ve seriously always thought I hated brussel sprouts! Everyone’s always cooked frozen, never added anything but butter & usually boiled them for me! SUPER ick! 

Well this past weekend fresh brussel sprouts were on sale, I thought why not! I’ve seen so many recipes Pinterest, I got this!

I made these babies for dinner tonight, seriously amazing!! (See Below)  

Ingredients 

  • 1 Bag Fresh Brussel Sprouts
  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgan Olive Oul
  • 3 Slices Thick Bacon (Whole Foods meat case)
  • Dash of Pepper

Steps

  1. Wash Brussel Sprouts 
  2. Cut Brussel Sprouts in half
  3. Place into a bowl
  4. Cut bacon into small pieces (see picture)
  5. Place in bowl with Brussel Sprouts 
  6. Add olive oil
  7. Mix all three ingredients until they are all coated with olive oil
  8. Place onto a cookie sheet, not on top of each other, but still packed tight
  9. Sprinkle pepper on top 
  10. Bake on 450 for 25-30 minutes, or until crisp
  11. Remove, cool & enjoy
