Hard boiled eggs, one of James favorite snacks to take to work. He goes thru about a dozen of them in a week. But there would be NO WAY I’d make that many if I actually had to boil the water & stand around.

Every Saturday while I’m cleaning I take the muffin tin, place an egg on it’s side, pop them in the oven at 425 & set the timer for 25 minutes. Then I go about whatever I’m doing.

When they’re finished I pull them out with tongs & submerge them in a nice icy cold bath, where I let them sit for about an hour. Then I just put them in a bowl in the fridge and he grabs them whenever.

So simple!! Way easier than standing around watching water boil!!
